The desert, a vintage car, and snowy superstition mountains. I couldn’t ask for anything more for an engagement session at Usery Mountain Regional Park.
When looking to plan Kelsey and Nick’s engagement session we needed a specific location that could accompany a beautiful white Thunderbird. The days leading up to their engagement session were rainy and the morning of was no different. It was a cold February day and after some discussion we landed on heading to Usery Mountain Regional Park for their engagement session.
We started with a nice casual outfit and they were so much fun! As we got started the clouds started to part and the sun tried to warm up the desert landscape. As the clouds cleared we all got to witness a beautiful site… SNOW on the Superstition Mountains. I snapped this photo quickly and fell in love with just how beautiful the desert can be! I have witnessed the Superstition Mountains covered in snow often but have never got a great photo of it with my camera. You can get this print to put in your home or use as a phone background on my Etsy!
For the second portion of their engagement session we got to meet up with Jen and David who are the owners of Jenz Benz AZ. They provide vintage cars for photo sessions and provided Kelsey and Nick with a white Thunderbird. Nick loves vintage cars so it was what he was looking forward to. And I have to say the photos are amazing! If you are looking for a unique prop to add to any session check out Jenz Benz on Instagram!
